Each nutrition plan starts with learning your food preferences, cooking ability, work schedule, common cravings, etc. Our certified nutritionists create a unique plan with recipes, ingredients, directions, and a shopping list to get you started.

What Is Included in Your Weight Management Program
We all know eating right is only one of the habits needed to lose weight. To get real results you also need keep your body active. This is where our fitness training comes in.
We have two programs available for weight management. Both programs come with access to your customized meal plan, shopping list, and mobile app to track your progress. Each program also comes with individualized attention from our fitness coaches and nutritionist to answer all your questions and help you along the way.
Private Personal Fitness Training
Our personal training program is a one-on-one approach with a certified personal trainer. This session is for one participant to receive individual help, guidance, and a customized weight loss plan.
If you like the group setting, we’ll pair you with 2-4 others who have similar goals and start a weight loss journey together. This program is perfect for family, friends, or spouses who want to get help and lose weight together, or those who want to meet new people.
We provide personalized fitness and meal plans for each participant for up to four members to ensure each person still receives the individual attention they need.
Sample Meal Plan
Our meal plans incorporate the foods you love in a new and healthy way. We don’t expect you to put away the pasta and bread and snack on kale for the rest of your life. Nutritious eating can be delicious and most of all, you won’t be hungry. We guarantee it.
